Important Notice – COVID-19 – Our service to you during this challenging time

We would like to take the opportunity to assure you we are taking every possible precaution to keep our customers safe. Following the latest Government announcement concerning social distancing, we have taken the decision to operate Heidi Kjeldsen Jewellery Online until the Government advises it is safe to resume business as normal in the near future.

We feel it is important to maintain a consistency of service to our customers throughout this time, and we hope that by organising ourselves in this way we can provide continuity of service at minimum risk.

Our service to you over the coming weeks

Valuations:

Our next Valuation Day is Wednesday 8th July.  Please book and appointment before this date to drop off your jewellery, safe in the knowledge that we are fully insured and will be cleaning ad checking it for free, before the Valuation takes place with or Independent Registered Valuer who is a Fellow of the NAJ (National Association of Jewellers) and an expert in her field.

Repairs:

Repairs may be delivered to us by appointment and we will endeavour to complete them as soon as we can, given the circumstances this will not be a fast service sadly.

Bespoke Commissions:

Coronavirus needn’t stop bespoke commissions to celebrate special events. Please email heidi@heidikjeldsen.co.uk to discuss your bespoke jewellery requirements. You can read more about bespoke commissions here

Online purchases:

Our website has an array of beautiful jewellery to tempt you. Look out for the exciting new pieces we have added. Purchases made through the Heidi Kjeldsen Jewellery website will be sent direct to your door via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Signed For, depending on the value of the items.
