We would like to take the opportunity to assure you we are taking every possible precaution to keep our customers safe. Following the latest Government announcement concerning social distancing, we have taken the decision to operate Heidi Kjeldsen Jewellery Online until the Government advises it is safe to resume business as normal in the near future.

We feel it is important to maintain a consistency of service to our customers throughout this time, and we hope that by organising ourselves in this way we can provide continuity of service at minimum risk.

Valuations:

Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer Jewellery Valuations on April 1st, we will keep you updated on future events as soon as information regarding restrictions becomes available.

Repairs:

Any existing repairs which need collecting may be sent via Royal Mail at a cost of £15.00, please get in touch with us to discuss. If you have a piece of jewellery which needs repairing please email us the details and we will contact you to discuss further.

Bespoke Commissions:

Coronavirus needn’t stop bespoke commissions to celebrate special events. Please email heidi@heidikjeldsen.co.uk to discuss your bespoke jewellery requirements. You can read more about bespoke commissions here

Online purchases:

Our website has an array of beautiful jewellery to tempt you. Look out for exciting new pieces from next week. Purchases made through the Heidi Kjeldsen Jewellery website will be sent direct to your door via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Signed For, depending on the value.
