As an essential part of our bespoke and retail business and alongside sales and advice we also provide monthly and other occasional emails providing information and marketing (our “communications”). The communications inform customers of our products and services, of promotions, offers and news, of good practices and insurances concerning the maintaining, repairing, safe keeping and protection of precious gems, stones and metals, of trends and developments within our sector which may be of interest or importance to customers and of any changes in the operation or practices within our business.
On the occasions that we receive data from you as just outlined and whether or not you have or subsequently make a purchase we will provide you with the opportunity to opt-in and thereby clearly affirm your wish, or not, to receive our communications. You may wish us to remove all information held about your from our systems, you are entitled to do so and may request this by contacting us on email@example.com. We will respond to your request within one month subject of course to our own limited rights in GDPR to retain and process data to meet our own contractual and statutory obligations.
You may also unsubscribe (opt-out) from receiving our email communications at any time by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the footer of these newsletter emails.

There may be an occasion where you require the data we hold about you to be ported to another supplier, this can be done via a CSV file if required, free of charge and will be provided without undue delay but within one month.
